Share rooms make sleep harder than it should be.

Dorms are bright. Roommates keep different schedules. Late-night studying, gaming, overhead lights, and device glow can make it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. And when people are coming and going, your sleep can get interrupted even when you’re exhausted.

Common sources of sleep-disrupting light:

  • Overhead lights and desk lamps
  • Laptop screens and TV glow
  • Chargers, power strips, digital clocks, and LED indicators
  • Light from hallways, bathrooms, or open doors
  • Early morning sun through window gaps

The solution: block daylight, vistors and distractions.

zDen blocks 99% of sleep-disrupting light, creating a sleep environment where your body and mind can relax, so it’s easier to fall asleep and stay asleep, even when your housing situation is not ideal.

It also creates a private “do not disturb” sleep zone around your upper body, so in dorms and shared rooms you can rest with fewer distractions and disruptions, even when your roommate is awake studying or has late night visitors.
