How it works
- Take zDen out of the travel case, it pops open, no assembly required.
- Place it on the bed and put your pillow inside (fits a queen-size pillow).
- Lie down with your head and upper body inside, the rest of your body stays under your normal covers.
- Close the front drapes and window flaps for maximum light blocking.
- Adjust airflow with the mesh windows, route CPAP hoses if needed.
