At zDen, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, so we offer a 14-day return policy.

  • 14-Day Returns: If you’re not completely satisfied with your zDen purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Condition for Return: The product must be returned in its original condition with all its packaging intact. 
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: For purchases made through myzDen.com, please email info@myzDen.com. Purchases made through Amazon, can be returned through Amazon. We are unable to process returns that were purchased through unauthorized sellers (authentic zDens are only available through our website and our storefront on Amazon). Please contact other sellers directly for return information.
